The Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering departments are located in Jacaranda Hall, along with Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Environmental and Occupational Health, Health Science, Nursing and Physical Therapy. Every year Jacaranda Hall is home to Tech Fest, a career fair that features top engineering and computer science companies such as AeroVironment, Amgen, the U.S. Navy and more.

Interested in robots? CSUN's robotics team, the Matabots, creates innovative robots to compete in the annual global VEX Robotics World Championship, allowing students a unique and fun opportunity to explore their interests in science, math and engineering.
