Start the semester off right and meet your personal fitness goals with our Strong 5 program! Get a focused six-week workout plan that will help you build foundational strength, improve your lifting technique and visibly enhance your muscular development. Each week, you’ll meet one-on-one with a personal trainer to target five key movement patterns: squat, hinge, press, pull and gait, along with a focus on core. There are only 24 spots available, so don’t miss out on this great opportunity!
Registration is open from Monday, Sept. 1 – Sunday, Sept. 14.
Program costs $115 for students, $230 for non-students.
