Leading up to Earth Day, the LA Waterkeeper hosted their 4th Annual Community Clean-Up event over the weekend. Over 300 people came out to Atwater Village to clean the surrounding area around the river. Los Angeles Waterkeeper Community Engagement Manager Bailey Duarte says the river flows through many committees and serves as a local nature spot for many.
