- All dayCrunch TimeAs finals season comes upon us, the University Student Union is calling all Matadors to /Crunch Time/ to access the motivation you need to end the school year with a bang! /Crunch Time/ is a two-week event that is catered to the needs of your well-being throughout finals week. Come down for healing activities such as painting, a puppy petting experience, flower bouquet making and aroma blending in the first week to calm your mind and don’t forget to take advantage of free scantrons, green books and pencils. [1]Join the DREAM Center in collaboration with University Counseling Services (UCS) as we kick off Mental Health Awareness month during our Mindful May event, /Finals Readiness & Self-Care./With help from UCS Counselor Gabriella Cuaderes, students can learn the strategies they need to practice self-care for success both in and out of school.
